TopDog charges a flat rate of $3.95 for shipping on all orders under $50. If your order equals more than $5 shipping is FREE. Additional charges on all orders apply for Rural or Signature Deliveries.
RURAL: $3.80 surcharge applies Alternatively you could send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address.

DIRECTIONS
Open a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water, take a sip, then empty 1 packet into the bottle, shake and consume immediately. Take each serving 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 main meals. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 packets) in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
