What is the difference between Grenade Black Ops & Thermo Detonator?
Black Ops is a great pre-workout supplement for increased performance capacity, whilst Thermo Detonator is suited for endurance and sustained energy throughout the day. 

Can you stack Black Ops alongside Thermo Detonator or .50 Calibre?
We do not recommend stacking these two products together.

What exercises should you be doing to ensure the best performance whilst using Black Ops?
As Black Ops works best for delivering short duration energy boosts, supplementing prior to HIIT workouts may be beneficial!
HIIT is a technique in which you use one hundred percent of effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time.

How long to use Black Ops for?
There is no cut off point with regard to how long you can use Black Ops but you may want to take 2 weeks off the product for every 6 to 8 weeks you’re on it to maximise the effects of our active ingredients! 

Is Black Ops safe for use amongst women?
Yes! Black Ops contains ingredients safe for all genders to consume as long as you follow the recommended dosage and never consume more than 4 capsules a day! Not recommended for breast-feeding or pregnant women

Is Black Ops Halal or Kosher? 
Yes, the bovine gelatine used within the capsule shell of Black Ops is certified halal and kosher.

Is Black Ops vegetarian?
Black Ops is NOT currently vegetarian due to the capsules being made from bovine gelatine.

DIRECTIONS

To assess tolerance:
Consume 1 capsule twice per day for the first 7 days.

Directions for use:
Take 2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water. Take 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to lunch with water.

For an explosive workout:
Take 2 capsules prior to training.
